Just a few minutes from our hotel, you will find Hill Air Force Base and the Hill Aerospace Museum. Opened in 1986, the museum covers about 30 acres in the corner of the base and focuses on the history of the US Air Force, Hill AFB and the state of Utah. There are around 100 aircraft displayed in the inside galleries and outside air park. To discover the best in natural beauty, take a short drive to Antelope Island State Park. The park is home to desert animals like free-ranging bison, antelope, mule deer and big-horn sheep. Flocks of birds gather on the shores around the island. Hike, bike or take a horse along the park’s backcountry roads or take a dip in the salty waters.
